Fresh dog food delivery in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley: how it works
We're a small kitchen in Kuala Lumpur, not a shop. There's no storefront to visit, so every order travels to you frozen. This is how that works, from the message to the freezer.
Where we deliver
The Klang Valley and nearby Selangor: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, Damansara, Bangsar and Mont Kiara. Just outside that? Message us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether the food will travel well.
How an order happens
Tap any order button on the site and it opens a WhatsApp chat with the message already written, or pick the packs you want from the menu. Tell us your dog's breed, weight and age and your area, and we'll help you choose a series and a mix of recipes. Once your payment lands we confirm the date with you on WhatsApp.
There's no minimum order. A single 100g pack to see if your dog likes it is a perfectly good first order.
How long it takes
If the recipes you picked are in stock, we pack the same day. If something is out of stock, it takes 2 to 3 days, because every batch is made fresh and we don't keep a warehouse of it.
You book the courier
Delivery is not included in the price. You book your own courier and pay them directly, and we hand the frozen packs over when they collect. It keeps our prices honest: you pay the courier what the courier charges for your area, and nothing is hidden inside the food price.
Not sure about your spot, or which courier to book? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away.
When it arrives
The packs go straight into the freezer. Move tomorrow's pack into the fridge tonight, steam it tomorrow, and that's dinner. If an order turns up damaged, thawed, or not what you agreed to, tell us within 24 hours and we'll replace it or refund it.
Everything here is feeding guidance from a kitchen, not veterinary advice. Pets on medication, pregnant, very young, very old or unwell: ask your vet before changing their food.
