Rotating recipes: why a plan holds up to five
A plan lets your dog eat a few different recipes from the same series, in rotation. Here's how that works.
How many recipes each plan holds
Fresh Start, 7 days: up to 3 recipes. Fresh Routine, 14 days: 4 recipes to rotate. Monthly Fresh Plan, 28 days: 4 to 5 recipes, rotated through the month. Every plan is one pack a day, in 100g or 250g packs, and every plan is packed frozen in one go.
All from your dog's series
The recipes in a plan come from your dog's series: Puppy, Adult or Senior. You pick the recipes, we pack them. Every recipe in every series is complete and balanced, so any mix you choose is a full meal every day.
Why rotate at all?
Partly because some dogs like variety, and the 7-day plan is built for exactly that dog. Partly because different recipes lean on different proteins: chicken, beef, duck and salmon each bring their own line on the menu. Rotation lets your dog eat across them instead of picking one forever.
How to choose the mix
Start with what your dog already loves. If they're a chicken dog, put a chicken recipe in, then add one with a different protein. Each plan includes some Premium salmon packs, so salmon is already in the rotation. Not sure? Tell us your dog's breed, weight and age on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
New to fresh food?
A new food goes in slowly, over about 7 days, mixed into what your dog eats now. The feeding guide walks you through it. Once your dog has settled in, you pick the recipes for each plan and we pack them.
Everything here is feeding guidance from a kitchen, not veterinary advice. Pets on medication, pregnant, very young, very old or unwell: ask your vet before changing their food.
