Salmon and green-lipped mussel: what makes a recipe Premium
Premium on our menu means one thing: salmon. There's one Premium recipe in every series, and every one of them also carries green-lipped mussel. Here's what's in them and why.
Three recipes, one in each series
Puppy: the Salmon Growth Meal, omega-rich salmon with green-lipped mussel for growing pups. Adult: the Deep Sea Salmon & Beef Bowl, salmon and hearty beef with green-lipped mussel. Senior: the Senior Salmon Light Meal, salmon with green-lipped mussel, light and easy on older dogs.
Every card on the menu lists what goes into 100g of each, in grams, so you can see exactly how much salmon and mussel is in the pack.
Salmon: omega-rich for skin and coat
Salmon is the one fish on our menu. It's omega-rich, and that's why every Premium card is tagged for skin and coat. That's as far as we'll go: it's support for a shiny coat, not a promise about any condition.
Green-lipped mussel: natural joint support
Green-lipped mussel is in all three salmon recipes, for natural joint support. Like everything else on the label, it's listed in grams.
How Premium fits into a plan
Every plan includes some Premium packs: 1 in the 7-day plan, 2 in the 14-day plan and 4 in the 28-day plan. The other packs in your plan can be Classic recipes, so your dog gets salmon in rotation without every day being salmon. If you'd like more, extra Premium packs can be added to any plan; the menu and the FAQ show what they cost.
Same routine as every other pack
A Premium pack is packed raw, vacuum-sealed and frozen like every other recipe. Thaw it in the fridge overnight, steam it for 15 to 20 minutes, let it cool until just warm, and serve.
Everything here is feeding guidance from a kitchen, not veterinary advice. Pets on medication, pregnant, very young, very old or unwell: ask your vet before changing their food.
