A week of fresh food: what the 7-day Fresh Start plan actually contains
The plan page shows the price and the builder. This is the rest: what's in the bag, how it gets to you, and what you do with it each day.
What's in the bag
Seven packs, one a day once your dog is fully on fresh food. You choose 100g packs or 250g packs for the whole plan, whichever suits your dog. Every pack is a complete and balanced meal from one of our recipes, vacuum-sealed and frozen the day it's made, and the seven are packed together in one go.
One of the seven is a Premium pack, which means one of the salmon recipes. It's in the price. If you'd like more salmon in the week, extra Premium packs can be added when you build the plan.
Picking the seven
The recipes come from your dog's series: Puppy, Adult or Senior. Within the series, any mix you like: one recipe all week, a different one every day, or anything between. The plan page has a builder where you choose the recipes; the menu shows all eleven recipes and what goes into 100g of each.

From our freezer to your door
If the recipes you picked are in stock, we pack the same day. If something is out of stock, it takes 2 to 3 days. You book your own courier, and we confirm the date with you on WhatsApp once your payment lands.
It arrives frozen. Straight into your freezer, where it keeps for 2 months. If it turns up damaged, thawed, or not what you agreed to, tell us within 24 hours and we'll replace it or refund it.
What each day looks like
The night before: move one pack from the freezer to the fridge. The next day: tip it into a heatproof bowl, steam it for 15 to 20 minutes until it's cooked through, let it cool until it's just warm, and serve. A heatproof bowl and a way to steam it are the whole kit.
A thawed pack keeps in the fridge for 3 days and must never be refrozen. Steamed food you don't serve straight away keeps in the fridge for 2 days at most, and anything still in the bowl after 30 minutes goes in the bin. Wash the bowl, your hands and the counter after each meal, the same as with any raw meat.
If this is your dog's first fresh food
Then the plan's week is also the switch week. Don't swap the bowl overnight: mix NomNomPaws into the usual food, a quarter on days 1 and 2, half on days 3 and 4, three quarters on days 5 and 6, and all of it from day 7. The packs will stretch past seven days while you're mixing, and that's fine. The feeding guide covers the whole switch, and the switching article has what's normal along the way.
After the week
If your dog is happy, the 14-day Fresh Routine and the 28-day Monthly Fresh Plan are the same thing with more packs: one a day, any mix from the series, Premium packs included, packed frozen in one go. You can keep the recipes your dog chose in week one and add a new one each time.
